Access workflow

  1. Detect

    The system captures the approaching vehicle and prepares the access point for recognition.

  2. Recognise

    LPR technology reads and identifies the vehicle registration number. Recognition identifies the number; it does not determine access permission.

  3. Authorise

    The system checks the recognised registration number against configured access rules to determine whether the vehicle is permitted to enter.

  4. Control

    The barrier receives an automatic open command only when access is authorised. If access is denied, no automatic open command is issued.
